13.1 By entering this Competition, all Participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from any claims, losses, and damages arising out of their participation in this Competition or any Competition-related activities and the acceptance and use or misuse of the Prize.

13.2 The Company assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operation or transmission, alteration of entries or entry forms. No claim will be accepted.

14. Participants agree that this Competition shall be subject to and governed by the laws of France.
