GAME RULES

The contest is conducted via the Nissan Booster Program launching 20th of March 2023 and is organized as per below’s schedule:  

• 20th of April 2023: contest opens when the platform launches 

• 16th of July 2023: contest closes  

• Between July 17th and 19th: monitor participation, selection, and announcement of winners 

• 29th of July: Prize collection during the London E-Prix 

Nissan Booster platform players must be aged 18+ in order to take part in the competition and/or win. 

By registering their participation, each participant (the “Participant(s)”) agrees to these official rules (the “Rules”) and warrants that their participation complies with all requirements set out in the Rules. 

All stakeholders that have contributed to the Nissan Booster game as Nissan employees and Nissan providers are excluded from the game and therefore cannot claim the reward. 

3.1. Main Prize

VIP access to the London E-Prix paddock including:

• 1 night hotel in London with breakfast for 2 persons
  

• If the winner resides outside of the United Kingdom flight tickets to London for 2 persons
  

• 4 transfers:

  • London airport to Hotel if applicable , (if the winner resides in the United Kingdom, travel to the Hotel as arranged with the winner)

  • Hotel to Nissan paddock,

  • Paddock to hotel,

  • Hotel to Nissan paddock,

  • Paddock to Airport for 2 persons, if applicable. If the winner resides in the United Kingdom, travel  from the hotel back to the agreed destination as arranged with the winner.
    

• 2 lunches and 1 dinner at Nissan Hospitality for 2 persons
  

• 1 garage tour for 2 persons

Prize limited to 1 winner allowing VIP access for two : the winner and a guest .

The prize cannot be transferred, refunded or exchanged for a cash alternative. Nissan reserves the right to substitute the prize (or any part of it) for a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.

3.2. Additional Prize conditions

The winner is responsible for the behavior of themselves whilst taking the Prize. The Company reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude the Winner from participation in the Prize if he fails to comply with the directions of the Company or any companies associated with the Prize or the Winner act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the Company, anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others.

In order to be eligible to win, players must have an active Zealy account and accepted the XP data transfer between Zealy and the Nissan Booster platform.

The winner needs to have a valid passport and visa to be able to get to London. Nissan is in no part responsible of these administrative procedures.

3.2.1 Rules of conduct 

All the participants in the competition must behave according to the general ethical and moral rules of the Nissan Booster platform and Discord server. Nissan reserves the right to deny the reward to any player at its sole discretion if the winner in suspected of cheating or has violated the Nissan Booster Discord server rules at any time.

4.1.    RULES

4.1.1 Registration

The contest is available through registration to the Nissan Booster platform. Login to said platform is done via a Discord social login system.

4.1.2 Rules

To win the reward, the participants must score the highest number of XP points and be number one on the leaderboard.

4.1.2.1 XP points

XP points can be scored by:

• making predictions on the Nissan Booster platform [https://www.nissan-booster.com/] about the following Season 9 FIA Formula E Championship races: R7 Berlin E-Prix (22nd of April 2023), R8 Berlin E-Prix (23rd of April 2023), R9 Monaco E-Prix (6th of May 2023), R10 Jakarta E-Prix (3rd of June 2023), R11 Jakarta E-Prix (4th of June 2023), R12 Portland E-Prix (24th of June 2023), R13 Rome E-Prix (15th of July 2023), R14 Rome E-Prix (16th of July 2023). For each prediction made on the Nissan Booster platform, the higher the probability of the race event occurring, the lower the number of XP points awarded.

4.1.2.2 NFT prediction cards

The Nissan Booster game is based on a system of NFT cards used to make predictions about the Nissan Formula E Team performances in the FIA Formula E Championship. There are 71 cards card each representing a specific race event.

A wallet is automatically created for each player when they join the Nissan Booster platform. The Nissan Booster NFT prediction cards are minted on Polygon.

NFT prediction cards can be collected by:

• claiming a Welcome Pack of 14 NFT prediction cards when joining the Nissan Booster platform.

• claiming airdrops through airdrop links

4.1.2.3 NFT cards terms

All visual assets used in the Nissan Booster game (NFT prediction cards, website, Discord server posts and Twitch assets…) are the propriety of Nissan AMIEO.

The Nissan Booster NFT cards were minted for the sole purpose of the game on the Polygon blockchain. Nissan is not responsible of the usages made of said NFT cards outside of the Nissan Booster platform. Each NFT card is kept in the participant’s wallet created automatically at sign up on the Nissan Booster platform.

All wallets and NFTs can be deleted or deactivated at any time during or after the end of the competition.

 
4.1.3 Race event data

Race events are automatically validated by Motorsports Stats data. This data is the sole reference used by the Nissan Booster platform to validate predictions and attribute rewards.

 
4.2. DETERMINATION OF WINNER

On the 17th of July at 11AM Paris time, XP points collection will be closed by the project team, and the leaderboard automatically generated by the platform and approved by 3 different project team members. If more than one participant have the same number of XP points, the first to have reached said number of XP points will be given the prize. Only one winner will be determined based on the aforementioned rules in this leaderboard.

The winner will be notified and tagged in the general channel of the Nissan Booster Discord server. If they do not answer within 24 hours, the second person on the leaderboard will be awarded the prize.

All XP points won after the 17th of July at 11AM Paris time will not be taken into account.

4.3. IMAGE RIGHTS

The Company may use the Winner’s identity, name and photography for communication purposes within the strict scope of this full Competition. In such a case, the Winner will not be paid or be granted any additional advantage other than the possibility to benefit from the Prize.

4.4. PARTNERS

Discord and Zealy are independant service platforms used by Nissan for the competition. The platforms have their own rules, terms & conditions, and privacy policies.

In order to avoid any fraud, the Company reserves the right to conduct any necessary verification of the Participants, in particular regarding the fact that they meet the criteria stated in the Rules.

Non-compliance with the criteria of the contest may result in disqualification.

Nominative information gathered within the scope of the Nissan Booster Program is processed by the Company as the data controller in compliance with (1) Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), (2) the European Directive n°2002/58 (“ePrivacy Directive”), and (3) all other applicable laws (including the UK Data Protection Act 2018) or case law, in any case as amended from time to time.

All Participants benefit from access, rectification and opposition rights on personal data related to them and gathered and processed by the Company within the scope of this Competition and of the related draw. If for any reason any stage of the contest cannot be run as planned, the Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, postpone, suspend or modify any stage of the Competition.

By entering this Competition, all Participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from any claims, losses, and damages arising out of their participation in this Competition or any Competition-related activities and the acceptance and use or misuse of the Prize.

The Company assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operation or transmission, alteration of entries or entry forms. No claim will be accepted.

Participants agree that this Competition shall be subject to and governed by the laws of France. Any dispute arising from this Competition shall be referred to the exclusive courts of Paris.
